5️⃣ Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• 📸 Proof of damage / unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• 💰 Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

• 🤝 Franchise and distributor agreements are governed by separate written contracts issued by Nutri Young India.
