🚚 Shipping & Returns — Nutri Young

At Nutri Young, we strive to deliver your wellness products safely and quickly. The following Shipping & Returns policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, return eligibility, and refund process. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ Shipping Areas & Carriers

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. For certain remote areas or heavy items, shipments may be handled by regional carriers. Carrier names and tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

2️⃣ Processing Time

• 🕒 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• 📦 Dispatch Time: Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order processing.

3️⃣ Delivery Timeframes

• 🏙️ Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• 🏘️ Non-Metro / Tier-2 Cities: 3–6 business days
• 🧭 Remote Locations: Up to 8–12 business days
• ⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.

4️⃣ Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the order value, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions may apply for orders above a specified amount — the applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

5️⃣ Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email/SMS you the tracking number and courier details. Use the tracking link provided to monitor delivery status. If you face issues with tracking, contact our Help Center and we’ll assist you.

6️⃣ Failed Delivery & Address Issues

• 📭 Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
• 📞 If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, couriers may return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7️⃣ Returns & Replacements — Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• 🔹 Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not as ordered).
• 🔹 Proof (photo/video) of damage or wrong item is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
• 🔹 Product must be returned in original packaging, unused, with all accessories and tags (unless damaged on arrival).

8️⃣ How to Request a Return / Replacement

1. 📸 Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue (damage, seal broken, wrong item).
2. ✉️ Email us at support@nutriyoung.in or use the Contact Us form within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description.
3. 🤝 Our team will review and provide return/replacement instructions within 48 hours.
4. 📦 Once we approve, follow the return shipping instructions. For verified delivery issues, return shipping may be covered by Nutri Young.

9️⃣ Refunds

• 💰 Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• 🔁 Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank/UPI/card). Processing time for the bank or payment provider may vary.
• 🔸 If the product was part of a promotional bundle or discount, the refunded amount will consider the original purchase terms.

🔟 Exchanges

Exchanges (size/flavour/pack changes) are handled as per availability. Contact our Help Center with your request and order details; we’ll provide next steps and any additional charges if applicable.

1️⃣1️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened consumables, personal care items, and perishable goods may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.

1️⃣2️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Contact Customer Support immediately for cancellation requests.

1️⃣3️⃣ International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping requests, contact our Help Center with destination details and we will advise availability, timelines, and shipping costs.
